Great Lumbar Packs!
Love all the Grampa's Garden therapy packs, and I have several sizes. I use these lumbar packs especially often, and keep a few on hand because they are a versatile size. Most of the time I apply to my lower back, sometimes on my tummy. I like that I can also choose a pretty, washable fabric cover. I like them and recommend them as well. Terrific company, and I've been ordering from them for about 15 years.

This is the second one we have purchased. I have purchased various types of lumbar heating pads and this is head and shoulders the best available. 2 minutes in the microwave in the early morning on rising, and my arthritic stiffness disappears. Love this heat pad, it's the BEST!!!!!

Comfort for Chronic Pain
I have chronic back pain and have several tools to help me live with it. The lumbar pac is one of the most important ones. If I travel, I take it with me. I recommend it whole heartedly. The heat soothes my back and eases the edge of pain. I still work so I use it every morning, after work and evening. Even have one at work for bad days.
