Hot and Cold Therapy Pacs Returns and Exchanges (with receipt or known place of purchase):
- Unopened Hot and Cold Therapy Pacs sent back within 30 days of delivery will get a full refund.
- Returns after 30 days to 90 days will be subject to a 20% Restocking Fee and upon inspection of the item a credit on the account will be issued.
- Quality Guarantee - all Hot and Cold pacs come with a 3 month guarantee to cover any manufacturing defects. (ex. Rips and tears on the seams) A replacement or a refund will be issued with free shipping.
- Price Guarantee-If we lower the price or have a sale on an item within 14 days of your purchase, email or call us to claim the discount. A credit will be issued to your account that can be applied on your next order.
- If you ordered in item in error, we will happily exchange the item within 14 days of the purchase. Shipping not included.
Please Note: Our pacs are Organic Natural Food Products, it is very important to follow the heating times and instructions that are on the tag or on the Header Card, so the pac can be enjoyed for years to come.
Re-heating pacs - it’s important to decrease the heating time to avoid overheating and burning the pac. 10 seconds for small pacs (hand warmers, eye pacs) 30 seconds for medium pacs (lumbar pacs and thera Pacs), and 60 seconds for larger pacs (body shawls, body blankets)
Weighted Washable Body Blankets Returns and Exchanges (with receipt or known place of purchase):
- Blankets returned within 14 days and in good condition will receive a full refund. Shipping not included
- Quality Guarantee-all Weighted Washable Blankets come with a 1 Year warranty to cover any manufacturing defects. (ex. Rips and tears on the seams)
- Price Guarantee-If we lower the price or have a sale on an item within 14 days of your purchase, email or call us to claim the discount. A credit will be issued to your account that can be applied on your next order.
- If you ordered in item in error or didn’t like the weight, we will happily exchange the item within 14 days of the purchase. Shipping not included
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
