    For relief from tired, achy feet or chronic foot pain, place our soft polar fleece socks in the microwave for 30 seconds. Slip your feet in for soothing warmth up to 20 minutes. Insert pack can be placed on top or bottom of foot as needed. Place inserts in freezer for refreshing cold treatment to reduce swelling. Ideal for arthritis and circulatory problems.

    • Small/Medium fits women size 5-9  or  men 6-8
    • Medium/Large fits women size 9-11 or men 8-12

      I was of the opinion the socks would be entirely of heating material. I never suspected these would only be inserts. They aren’t very warm. The ankle portion of the socks should be longer to reach near mid calf.

      Thera Socks really work to keep cold feet warm and comfortable. Once the microwaveable inserts generate the warmth, the fleece fabric works to hold in the heat. I am very happy with this purchase.
