CLARY SAGE - 100% Pure Plant, Therapeutic Grade Essential Oil

Scent Characteristics: woody green herbaceous and pleasant conifer odor that is mildly intoxicating
Benefits: has estrogen like properties, menopause, hot flashes, aphrodisiac, menstrual problems, hemorrhoids, nervous fatigue, sore throat, euphoria, depression, anxiety, PMS, emotional distress, adrenal stimulant, digestion, asthma, headaches, aids childbirth, strengthens kidneys and stomach.
History: This plant is the tallest of all the sage plants, growing up to about 3 feet tall. It was cultivated in the mid 20th century for the brewing of ale. Medieval writers called it “Clear eye,” which might be where the name comes from. The herb was often used to treat a variety of eye conditions.
