    Our best selling hot pack. A few minutes in the microwave and your Grampa's Garden Body Shawl can be used for therapy on your back, abdomen, across your shoulders, or to wrap an injured arm or leg. Filled with grains and spices for soothing all-over comfort and a pleasing aroma. Makes a great bed warmer, too.

    To use as a cold pack for relief from inflammation and swelling, place shawl in a plastic bag and into the freezer for an hour or more. 20" x 28". Scented or unscented.

      These are wonderful ...I have 2 that I had for at least 4 years that I just replaced. I use them every day for various aches and pains.

      This shawl is GREAT! It even smells great and not like some of the rather disgusting lavender warmers...smells like real lavender. I love it so much I bought my daughter one. Next time there is a free shipping promo or discount, I will buy another one!

      My husband gave me a Grandpa's Garden body shawl many, many years ago. When I have neck and back muscle issues related to Fibromyalgia, I spray on some icy hot, warm up the shawl in the microwave and relax. It feels sooooooooo good! I just purchased two more as gifts, one for a cancer patient. My shawl has survived use for at least 10 plus years--if not more, and it doesn't look or smell like an old hot pad. I LOVE IT!

      My wife has had her original shawl for many years and it is finally getting beyond the point of repair. She was thrilled to see the new one. She has a special affinity for turtles so finding one with that pattern made it that much more special.
