    Our best selling hot pack. A few minutes in the microwave and your Grampa's Garden Body Shawl can be used for therapy on your back, abdomen, across your shoulders, or to wrap an injured arm or leg. Filled with grains and spices for soothing all-over comfort and a pleasing aroma. Makes a great bed warmer, too.

    To use as a cold pack for relief from inflammation and swelling, place shawl in a plastic bag and into the freezer for an hour or more. 20" x 28". Scented or unscented.

      This is my second hot pack from grandpa's garden, the first body shawl belonged to my mom and she gave it to me well over a decade ago! Very comfy, durable, we'll made and I love the smell. Doesn't get too hot in the microwave like rice filled hot packs. Overall, worth the price because the quality is so good and is something I use every day, even if it's only as a weighted blanket. I will definitely get more products from here as they are the best I have used so far!

      I love these Body Shaws and have ordered several throughout the past years. My husband loves them also. I have introduced quite a few people to this product and they all thank me for the information and they have all ordered them and love them. Worth every dollar.

      I’ve been using this almost everyday for my painful shoulder. It definitely helps with arthritis. It’s heavy so I always use it while laying down.

      Love this product, but it does not last more than a year, fabric frays and the rice inside starts coming out of the shawl everything you heat it. I heat the shawl in a bowl and not at a very high temp. This is disappointing and very expensive.

      I have had a couple of these for years!! Awesome for aches, pains and warming-up. Can't recommend them enough!
