    Our best selling hot pack. A few minutes in the microwave and your Grampa's Garden Body Shawl can be used for therapy on your back, abdomen, across your shoulders, or to wrap an injured arm or leg. Filled with grains and spices for soothing all-over comfort and a pleasing aroma. Makes a great bed warmer, too.

    To use as a cold pack for relief from inflammation and swelling, place shawl in a plastic bag and into the freezer for an hour or more. 20" x 28". Scented or unscented.

      My husband has back problems & uses the body wrap for that purpose. Puts in microwave to heat up to what temperature he prefers. I use sometimes if I have back strain after a cold pack. Love the size!

      I love the Body Shawl and use it for my aging body to sooth aches and pains but also to keep warm on cold days and to warm my bed on cold nights. I am gradually giving my friends and family members gifts of Body Shawls. The best gift I can think of!

      I have been looking for this large size hot/cold shawl for quite some time. I purchased a similar item over 10 years ago and it was literally falling apart. This is perfect !
